About you:

You have a keen eye for solving problems that currently do not have well defined solutions and be able to rapidly design/prototype these ideas. You love working as part of a team to achieve impressive results. You can take ownership of all your deliverables and communicate your results to timely project delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design protocols and methods for testing, validation of different sensors
  • Develop robust and efficient signal processing based algorithms to analyze vital signs
  • Work with data science team to use machine learning techniques in designing extremely robust and lightweight algorithms for deployment across different platforms such as firmware, cloud and mobile

 

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent
    • Previous experience working or doing research on bio-signals such as PPG, ECG, IMU etc.
    • Solid background in time-domain and frequency-domain discrete-time signal processing algorithms
    • Solid understanding of basic machine learning algorithms
    • Experience of coding in Python, Matlab, and C/C++
    • Familiar with parameter estimation and feature extraction
    • Knowledge on human physiology sensing techniques is a bonus
