Role Overview:

 The Vice President of Business Development & Sales will be a commercial powerhouse and growth driver for Myant Health, responsible for revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across all channels. Reporting directly to the COO, this executive will design and execute a multi-channel commercialization strategy that accelerates adoption of Myant’s SKIIN platform for cardiometabolic health and future product verticals (orthopedics, DVT prevention, sleep health, and more).

This is a mission-critical role for Myant’s next stage of growth: a leader who blends sales excellence, strategic deal-making, and healthcare expertise with a proven ability to scale innovative health tech solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Own revenue strategy, pipeline development, and P&L accountability for sales performance across all markets.
  • Develop a comprehensive multi-channel sales strategy covering:
     
    • B2B: Partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacy networks.
    • B2G: Engagement with ministries of health and government-led population screening programs.
    • B2C: Direct-to-consumer subscription and longevity programs.
    • Employer & Insurance Channels: Corporate wellness, executive health, and occupational health initiatives.
       
  • Set aggressive revenue targets, build predictable sales pipelines, and implement scalable pricing strategies.
     

Strategic Partnerships & Market Development

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to accelerate commercialization (health systems, insurers, distribution networks, and consumer channels).
  • Expand Myant’s global footprint with a focus on Canada.
  • Explore M&A opportunities and local partnerships to accelerate regulatory approvals and market access.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand positioning aligns with revenue goals.
     

Sales Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performance sales and account management organization.
  • Hire customer-centric account managers with deep expertise in health systems, consumer health, and high-value enterprise sales.
  • Implement sales enablement, CRM systems, and performance management frameworks to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Champion a 5-star customer experience that focuses on patient, provider, and family satisfaction.
     

Executive Influence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product and R&D to ensure commercial insights directly inform innovation.
  • Work alongside Marketing to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and customer engagement campaigns.Support investor relations and strategic fundraising initiatives with data-driven commercial narratives.
  • Serve as a public-facing executive at industry events, reinforcing Myant’s thought leadership and global vision.
 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in executive-level business development or sales leadership roles within medtech, digital health, wearables, or healthcare services.
  • Proven track record scaling revenues and building go-to-market teams for innovative health tech solutions.
  • Deep experience selling into health systems, payer networks, consumer health, and government markets.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic partnership, and deal-making expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership skills; ability to build, inspire, and manage large commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with Health Canada, MDR/FDA regulations, reimbursement models, and healthcare commercialization cycles.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred; background in engineering, life sciences, or business strategy a strong plus.
